Bookings

Bookings are only confirmed when a 40 per cent deposit has been paid and you receive a confirmation email. The full balance of the course is due no later than 8 weeks prior to course unless otherwise specified. Due to varying host rental agreements, full payment may be required up to 8 weeks prior to the course. If we do not receive your balance when it’s due, we reserve the right to offer the retreat week to someone else.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Remaining Balance

Remaining balance will be refundable up to 8 weeks prior to the start date. After 8 weeks you can request a refund, if we are able to find a replacement then we will be able to refund your fee minus a £50 pound admin fee. We encourage all students to take out individual insurance if they cannot attend the course for unforeseen reasons. 

Course cancellations

If in the event we have to cancel the course we will offer a full refund or offer the option to transfer to another course.

Travel

We do not include travel within our courses. You are responsible for transport to and from the location. Whilst a car is not essential for our courses, if it is feasible, we encourage you to bring one if you wish to explore the area. 

Loss 

Triptych Course cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or expense sustained by guests as a result of an event or circumstance whether arising from natural causes, human agency, or beyond its control.

Privacy

When you make a booking with Triptych Course, you agree that we can collect and store your personal information in order to administer your booking and ensure that your needs are met whilst with us. This information includes personal contact details including: name, address, telephone number, email address, dietary, access, learning requirements, payment information. All payments are made over bank transfer and we will not store credit or debit card information. We do not share or sell privacy information. 

Payments 

All payments are made over bank transfer. We do not store or have access to bank details. Once deposit or remaining balance is made you will receive a confirmation email either confirming your place on the course or that remaining balance has been received. 

Existing medical conditions and access

You are required to inform us of any existing medical or conditions or accessibility requests  prior to booking. 

Dietary and allergies

You are required to inform us of any dietary or allergies before booking.
